Royal Visionaries

The Royal Visionaries project was created by American Steven Cochran from the band Eloquent together with Patrik Sjöström from Sweden. Patrik plays the instruments while Steven does the vocals/lyrics, forming a very interesting modern project with a retro 80s feel.

Steven was the one who invited me to participate in the project by remixing one of his songs, “Back To Yazoo”, which practically pays homage to several classic synthpop bands.

The work was finished in February 2004 and was highly praised by the band, and was released on CD on the Back To Yazoo EP.

During the production of the Remix I had made a DUB Version to see how it would sound. It ended up being lost for years here in the Studio until I posted it on YouTube so everyone could hear it.
