I first came across Chris’s work with the band Pseudocipher and it was a surprise to me that I had been invited to join the band Information Society, which I have been following for many years. I had the pleasure of working on their music and met him personally in São Paulo when he came to play in Brazil in 2006.
We ended up developing a good friendship and at the end of 2007, shortly after he left the band, I was invited to remix one of his first solo songs and this was the result of “This is Where I Am [Hajas Mix]”.

Christopher Anton
In 2014 I was invited by him to accompany him as a keyboardist on a small solo tour in Brazil, alongside When in Rome and Wayne Hussey from The Mission, who was also on a solo tour. We had everything rehearsed, but in the end, due to a visa problem with the members of the band When In Rome, the tour was postponed and then unfortunately cancelled.
In 2016, we met in person for the last time in Houston, TX, USA. We had lunch at Willie G’s, a great seafood restaurant (a tip from Reagan Jones from Iris) and spent the rest of the day at The Galleria mall.
In 2018, I invited him to participate in Call of Duty Rio, where he and his wife Donna recorded several voices for the game, and even released some songs to be played in 3D within the game.
Both he and Donna are confirmed for my next game Comando Rio, and I hope to be able to work on new songs with this great friend soon.
