TDOL

TDOL The US band The Dignity Of Labour AKA TDOL started in 1985 but with the leader of the band Kirk Taylor moving to other state the band became to be only Kirk.

Kirk already released 2 albums, and just signed with the label A Different Drum, and planned a single since last year when contacted me asking for a remix of his excellent song "XRV" that only exist a demo version on that time.

Since 2003 I was waiting the finish of the recordings to receive the vocals for the remix, which I received in March with deadline less than a week that I happily could fulfill in time.

TDOL Site He likes my remix and ask me to send to Brian Hazard who will do the mastering, and was practically certain the release.

But in May Kirk contact me saying sorry about can't put my remix on the single, and also other remixes was cut by the label decision.

I was very sad for sure, because was already my 3rd remix that was cut in the final moments only in 2004, when all were practically certain the release. But Todd should have his reasons to done it and Brian gave me my remix already very well mastered to do what I want by request of Kirk. So I don't believe that will be one day released.

You can download the full version already mastered EXCLUSIVELY in my site at Fiberonline.

"I got your email, thanks! Mix sounds good! ...I would like others to hear it as I think it's a very good mix, so I'll have to think of a way to get it out there. Thanks so much for doing this remix."
